District Sales Manager (Code DSM)

As District Sales Manager, your main responsibilities are to:
* Lead Sales Representative Team in order to develop market within given area of responsibility in Jabodetabek area
* Able to drive profitable sales growth through supervising excellent execution to generate sustainable growth by developing sales volume & net sales revenue (NSR) target by route and clearly communicate to all designated team
* Supervise and control the implementation of market development initiatives and marketing program (NPD, up lifting customer business)
* Evaluate business development program and strategy and also evaluate subordinate
* Ensure the effectiveness of utilization of all POPs, POSMs, and excellent in-outlet execution in term of visibility according to standard/ Picture of Success
* Ensure accuracy credit and check open balance from sales volume
* Ensure excellent customer service by managing business relationship with all key customers.
Requirements:
* Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) of any discipline
* Minimal 2 years of relevant experience
* Ability to drive profitable sales growth
