HR GA General Manager
(Medan)

Requirements:
    * Male/female, max 45 years old.
    * Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from one of the reputable Universities.
    * At least 10 years experience Human Resource professional working environment, especially Compensation & Benefit, Organization Development, Recruitment, Talent Management, People development, Performance Management System and HRIS.
    * Excellent Communication skill is mandatory, including written communication in both Indonesian and English.
    * Have vision and able to spot the important HR trends that will affect the business.
    * Strong leadership and ability to work in a team
    * Mature and reliable personality with strong dedication and passion.
