We are seeking for self-motivated team player for the following position in our offices in Jakarta, Indonesia:

SCM Specialist / Sales Administration Specialist
(Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

    * Prepare sales quotation, order processing ( order entry & order change); and follow up shipment ( delivery status follow up) and customer payment ( chase for overdue) , this workflow requires cross communication with internal customers such as supplier , logistics ,
    * Perform logistics functions in coordinating with warehouse and forwarders; monitoring supplier’s delivery performance & urge for delivery collection to meet monthly sales budget
    * Sales & order Report generation
    * Filling documents

Requirements:
    * Min. Diploma degree with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00).
    * Experience at least 2 years as Sales Administrator or Logistic Specialist
    * Good in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel
    * Preferable familiar with SAP system
    * High motivated person, good communication skills, multi-tasked person
    * Able to work independently or in a team
    * Good in English (Spoken & Written)
