An international, integrated business audit and consulting services practice with 30+ staff and based in Bali is recruiting for an experienced and resourceful Personal / Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. Applicants with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
Personal / Executive Assistant

Requirements:
* More than five years’ experience assisting administrators and executives in an international firm
* Ability to manage calendar, appointments, and frequent travel for managing Partner
* Ability to coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, gatherings, and other functions
* Ability to assemble background materials, and take minutes of certain meetings
* Ability to solve problems and to predict and address needs of Partner and other staff in office
* Ability to develop and edit partner memos, documents and presentations on occasion
* Team player, capable of supporting Office Manager and other staff requirements on occasion
* Knowledge of correct English usage, writing, spelling and punctuation
* French language skills would be useful
* Proficient with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
