Currently, Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia is looking for Relationship Managers Mortgage whose responsibilities are as follows:

Relationship Manager (RM) Mortgage
(Jakarta)

    * Offer Mortgage Product to prospective client
    * Perform negotiation with prospective client
    * Perform pre-screening applications
    * Ensure completeness data requirement
    * Ensure quality of submission in mortgage applications
    * Follow up mortgage applications until it is approved and disbursed 
    * Build, expand and maintain relationship with key driver partner (property agent, developer and Branches)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Management :
    * Achieve sales target
    * Ensure mortgage booking quality
    * Refer client with banking needs to respective Relationship Managers for cross-selling

Portfolio Management :
    * Monitor incomplete requirement documents

Compliance :
    * Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit
    * Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities

Qualifications and Skills:
    * Bachelor Degree from any discipline with GPA min. 2.7
    * Experience in Mortgage at least 5 years
    * Computer Literate
    * Sales Target oriented
    * Customer Focus
    * Pass the Online Assessment
