PT Primasource Asia, we are a leading producer and supplier of ground support products for the mining industry (surface and underground mines). We produce steel mesh, friction bolts, bearing plates and many more items used for ground support application.

Secretary
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate the scheduling priority of work with the Board of Directors
- Carry out administrative secretarial duties, especially those that are complex and  confidential.
- Conduct activities associated with data collection from existing Division and Section, for use in preparing reports, presentation materials or in any other form required by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and coordinate the needs of the office for the purposes of Board of Directors can be fulfilled in order to work at its optimum.
- Perform tasks specifically related to the relevant Director in accordance with the instructions given or knowledge relevant Director.

Requirements:
- Female
- Aged 30 years maximum.
- Minimum D3-educated Secretary/ equivalent.
- Experience working as a secretary at least 1 year (preferably who has experience as an executive secretary).
- Have the skills operate computer program based on Microsoft Office 7 (base: word, excel, power point) and internet (email, browsing)
-Having interpersonal communication skills and correspondence (formal correspondence) are good.
- Have a precision and dexterity in working and good time management.
- Have a willingness and desire to learn new things.
- Must be fluently spoken and writen in english
- Well groomed, good looking.
