Human Resources Manager (100040)

Job Specification:
    * To ensure that high quality of the service is met with ibis standarts
    * To develop and implement recruitmentt and screening system
    * To establish standart policies and procedures for employes and training
    * To establish Human Recourse Departement budget
    * To monitor the staff performance appraisal
    * To handle Manpower planning

Job Profile:
    * Minimum Bachelor degree graduation majoring Hotel Management / Administration / Law / Psychology
    * Minimum 1 year as Human Resource Manager / Assistant HR Manager
    * Good attitude and high motivation
    * Mastering the Manpower Law UUK 13/2003
    * Fluent in English both oral and written
    * Service oriented person
    * Proactive with excellent communication skill and maintain good relationship to employee
