Requirements:
    * Male or Female, age max 35 years
    * Bachelor or Master Degree any major from reputable university
    * Minimum 5 years experience sales area with min 2 years experience in sales managerial positions in bank, microfinance or insurance industry
    * Should have adequate understanding on the business model and key indicator to measure each of the business model and good understanding on nature of partnership and its implications
    * Excellent communication skill, presentation skill, interpersonal skill and leadership
