General Manager Operations (Commodity)
(Padang)

Responsibilities:
    * Responsible for the profit and loss of the company
    * Supervise other managers and staff
    * Coordinate business operations and develop business strategies
    * Oversee a budget
    * Set goals for an entire department or division based on the company's plans
    * Recruiting the best fit staff
    * Make presentations to top management of the company
    * Develop new business opportunities
    * Write reports on business operations for the management
    * Negotiate with suppliers & vendors

Requirements:
    * Male
    * Candidate must possess Master Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
    * Having experiences for 7 years in the same field
    * Leadership ability
    * Having experience in Commodity Business
    * Work independently without direct supervision
    * Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies
    * Thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
    * Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
    * Able to supervise a large staff of middle management and support staff
    * Problem-solving and conflict management
    * Fluent in English both oral and written
    * Computer literate
    * Willing to be placed in Padang (Payakumbuh)
