Region CDES (Cold Drink Equipment Services) Manager
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Region CDES Managerwill be responsible Manage Cold Drink Equipment Services operation by executing strategic plan from asset management, service level management, people management and up to financial control.
As a Region CDES Manager is responsible for:
Support Operation Management Annual Business Plan by understanding the National CDES and Operation Business Plan and translate into Cold Drink Equipment Services Operation Strategy and ensure their realizations are achieved.
Manage and ensure the Cold Drink Equipment Services activity from planning, asset control, placement, spare-part procurement, service maintenance and work quality are delivered to the customers as per agreed Service Level Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure and meets The Coca-Cola Company quality standards.
Pro-actively seeking for opportunities and new ideas to improve the business and ensure the deliverables from Cold Drink Equipment function is providing value adding to the business from available resources (personnel, equipment, system and finance).
Collaborate with HR (Human Resource) to deliver relevant quality people development program and safety work environment to the CDES team, and action on development of the team by delivering the Individual Development Program as per approved plan.
Planning and execution on customer service level and resources requirement, through ESP (External Service Provider) management, establish contract/agreement with ESP and ensure the works delivered from ESP are meeting CCBI (Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia) quality standard by performing periodic review on ESP.
Plan and control Cold Drink Equipment Service cost center expenses realization to budgeted fund by working closely with Finance whilst maintaining a good quality of work in achieving the KPI (Key Performance Indicators), review and approval of CDES team related expenses.
Review CDE Disposal proposal and submit Capex (Capital Expenditure) Disposal completed with business justification and ensure its realization up to Fixed Assets posting by Finance.
Requirements:
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
Holding bachelor degree from any background with 4 - 6 years working experience in multinational company, especially in asset management
Technical experience required with the following :
Have a very good analytical skill
Have a good cold drink equipment system knowledge
Understand Coke System and Sound Business Knowledge
Have an Outstanding English communication skill and Bahasa Indonesia
Have a good financial management knowledge
