Requirements:
The candidates must have at least 20 years of widely diversified experience in design, coordination, project, and engineering management, and at least Master of Engineering ( either from formal or non formal education or by experience ), at least bachelor degree ( S1 ) in Engineering from a reputable university
The candidates must have project management professional (PMP) certification and preferably understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM).
The candidates must have wide range of experience in industrial project area.
The candidates have substantial experience of PCM engineering projects, including managing multi discipline design activities with international EPC contractors.
The candidates must have good communication skills ( written and oral ) in Bahasa Indonesia and English, demonstrated through client interaction, supervision, proposals and presentations.
The candidates must have good negotiation skills with Clients and Contractors through engineering and construction phases of the project and a good leadership and team building capability.
