Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Riau, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
1. On-going Promotions of product and providing good customer service to existing customers or potential customers
2. Ability to drive profitable sales growth for respective area
3. Able to analyze market and analysis report
4. Identify and resolve customer complaints together with related department
5. Identifies opportunities and develop strategy and plan to grow business
6. Provides total solutions to client’s business needs and achieve client satisfaction
7. Develops and builds long term business relationship with customers / prospects
8. Maintains in-depth knowledge of market offerings, strategies , and plans

Requirements:• Male / Female, max. 40 years old
• Min S1 degree from any reputable University
• Have experience in marketing and sales manager
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must
• Leadership competencies required: Planning and Executing
• Knows how to drive sales and motivated to achieve sales target, Good team management experience
• Strong communicator and negotiator at all levels of client management
• Strong interpersonal skills & Presentation Skill, Strong analytical and strategic thinker
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven
• Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment
• Located in Jakarta, Kalimantan, Surabaya, Palembang, Pekanbaru and Medan
