Head of Compliance
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and ensuring that all business process practice complies with regulations required conducting the business and keep up date with the development of regulations, including legal and tax
Setting up compliance activities and target that is in line with company objective & developing and propose compliance policy to Management Committee and maintain compliance manual
Conducting audits of activities to ensure proper compliance and report results to the compliance committee
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Financial or Law from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
Highly extensive of 7-10 years experience in similar position or as auditor or legal advisor in any industry, preferably in financial industry/Insurance
Strong English drafting and minimum TOEFL score 550.
Deep understanding of all Indonesian Law aspect and good knowledge of legal-related matters in multinational company and familiar in liaising with government institutions.
Attention to detail, self starter and strong analytical mind.
Ability to be a team player and communicate and interact with people at all levels in an organization
