Project Manager
(Medan)

Responsibilities
- Candidate will handle all of project function such as construction buildings, infra structure, civil works etc.
- To fully express and able to communicate with project team about project activities
- Monitoring project schedule and good time management.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of the project.
- Coordinating work with engineers, subcontractors, and superintendent to achieve project goal.
- Developing a checking plan for each project to ensure quality

Requirements
- Male
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architect or Civil  from reputable university
- Minimum GPA / GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understand building construction, standard materials ,  advanced analysis , design concepts including computerized design calculations
- Able to calculate Bill of Quantity
- Able to read shop drawing such as floor plan, cut, detail and structure
- Computer Literate such as Autocad, excel, word etc
Self motivated, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, hardworker
- Having problem solving skill, detail oriented, and responsible person
Willing to be placed in Medan
