Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. Our respected client is seeking a logistics, planning and procurement professional, preferably with experience in a multinational consumer goods and oleochemical company, for the job of Logistics, Planning and Procurement Manager, to be based in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to the expatriate Factory Director.

Key job responsibilities will include:
- Manages day-to-day warehousing, inbound, and outbound secondary transportation and co-packing operations in the warehouse
- The efficient and accurate handling and delivery of customer orders: S/he has to ensure the delivery of high CCFOT at optimal costs and ensure quality, environment safety and health standards are met as per the company’s guidelines
- Manages day-to-day inbound and outbound transportation
- Efficient and accurate handling and delivery of customer orders
- S/he has to ensure the delivery of high CCFOT at optimal costs and ensure quality, environment safety and health standards are met as per the company’s guidelines
- Supply planning for factories and co-packers, in the 0-3 month horizon including scheduling and replenishment of materials to minimize disruptions to supply, and meet the agreed service levels for the markets
- Coordination of procurement resources and leveraging the supplier network within a defined geography/product category to deliver on supply chain and MCO targets

Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in engineering, Master’s of Business Administration an advantage
- Supply chain (APICS etc.) qualifiqation an advantage
- At least 5 years exprience in procurement or supply management in an Oleochemical company
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Experience with large-scale change management projects
- Planning experience
- Exposure to order to cash, procure to pay cycles
