Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify target segments and design suitable products
2. Find the attractive underlying assets
3. Design the product and work with Product Development for pricing
4. Define Business Plan for the New Products
5. Coordinate product setup and Marketing collateral
6. Product Monitoring
7. Rejuvenate the existing products
Requirements:
1. Experience in Managing Investment (bancassurance products) for 4 -5 years
2. Experience in Business Consulting handling Banking/insurance/financial institution
3. Ability to understand market needs toward investment products
4. Ability and hands on experience in mapping bancassurance products in the market
5. Strong knowledge on financial product development
6. Good Research and Analytical Skill
