We are expanding and seeking an experienced individual to fill in the position of:-

Admin Executive
(Jakarta)

Responsibilities
    * Responsible for purchasing and stocks matters.
    * Assisting in office administrative matters.
    * Order entry processing – taking orders
    * Shipment arrangement.
    * Correspondence with customers

Requirements
    * Possess at least a diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but must have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
    * PC literate.
    * Outgoing personality preferably with telemarketing skills.
    * Spoken and written English is essential.
