Qualification :
    * Male/ Female, max. 28 years old
    * Has a Master degree in Psychology
    * Has Min. 2 years of experience in general HR management and/or Organization and People Development, Performance & Competency Management, Recruitment, Training and Development
    * Has Knowledge and understanding in Organization Development, People Development, Man Power Planning and Recruitment, Training, Coaching & Counselling, Talent Management, Performance Management, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Career Planning and People, and general knowledge in all areas in Human Resources management and strong organizational sense.
    * Computer literacy, Strong analytical and conceptual
    * Good Leadership, people management and project management, organizing and coordination skills
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skill
