Demography Criteria :

Background Criteria  :
    * University graduate
    * Major of study : Technical or Management

Experience Criteria  :
    * At least 3 years experience as Sales Area Manager/Account Manager/Sales Executive
    * Experience Recruit and handling Distributors
    * Experience Direct Selling in Industrial or Mining Sector
    * Good network with major companies.
