Production Superintendent (Code-PRDSpi)
(Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
    S1 degree Civil Engineering
    Min 5 years in the production/ technical division of a readymixed / precast producer company or construction company.
    Experience in concrete mix design, well knowledge of concrete standard (PBI, ASTM, ACI, etc)
    Manage all production operation activity of the concrete batch plant
    Directly responsible for the day to day man management and control of Production/Technical Staff into organized units
    Demonstrate leadership and control of plant equipment, staffs, and raw materials to achieve Company targets in the following key areas: Production Output, Quality Control, Operational Efficiency, Service Quality
    Demonstrate leadership and control of the Technical function.
    Drive the commercial development of new products and materials through the Company’s own sales force and into the external marketplace
    Maximize mix design efficiency and reduce mix costs whilst maintaining brand quality standards
    Build and maintain relationships with the major national and international customer base for which a proven and sound understanding of the construction business is essential
    This position based in Semarang
