Sap Pm Consultant
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
    Plan, organize and manage team to deliver desirable outcomes to meet clients’ business objectives.
    Responsible for all stages of project including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to build high performance teams.
    Manage and build client relationships.
    Produce professional documentation.

Consulting:
    Develop solutions, effort estimates and project execution plan.
    Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation.
    Configure, test and deploy solutions based on business blueprints.
    Perform fit-gap analysis and build up RICEF objects for development.
    Develop internal and external presentations, client reports and proposals

Requirements:
    Degree in Finance, Engineering or Computing preferred.
    Min 1 to 3 years experience in SAP implementation projects.
    Fresh Graduate is ecured to apply 
    Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.
    Customer Service Orientation, Conceptual & logical thinking, strategic thinking, interpersonal skill, adaptability, stress management, impact & influence, delegation & follow up.
    Strong communications and customer relationship skills.
    Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-national team
    Willing to travel or work anywhere as required.
    Able to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to executive staffs, business sponsors, business analysts and technical resources in clear concise language that is parlance of each group.
    Strong organisational and analytical skills
    Willing to travel extensively.
