Kepala Tehnik Tambang (Mining)
(Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Develop analysis & plans for mining process
Controlling production (OB and Coal Getting)
Controlling Stock Pile BB (in mine and port)
Ensures the safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface operations. The role combines an understanding of the effects of these structures on their surrounding environment, technical knowledge and management skills
Liaising with engineers, geologists and other staff
Overseeing staff activities, either in one site section or throughout an entire mine and the health, environment and safety of the site
Ensuring that operations and activities are functioning smoothly
Managing monthly budgets, assessing, costing, and scheduling mine equipment supplies
Assessing new mining sites and the viability of new mining ventures
Establishing extraction systems
Undertaking feasibility studies
Modeling/designing potential mine sites
Providing consultancy and advice on mining and mineral extraction projects
Requirements:
Male, Max. 45 years old
Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from a reputable University, with minimum 5 years experience in the same field
Have minimum licensing/certificate of POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) & KTT Certifications
Experienced in KTT (kepala teknik Tambang) and able to present projects comprehensively
Understanding in mining operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Drilling and Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting Understanding in Cost Analysis, Material and Transportation/Coal Handling System
Possess excellent computer skill (Microsoft Office, Mine Plan Software) and able to communicate fluently in English
Highly motivated, have good communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, good analytical skills, well organized, able to world in a cross culture environment
Able to work independently as well as in team, and under pressure
Willing to be stationed at remote area in SUMATERA
Familiar with Mining procedures, K3L Amdal, reclamation & CSR
Able to communicate well with local government, local people & internal team
Hard working, high dedication, responsible & willingto work under pressure
