PMO Manager
(Medan - Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Report, analyse and manage the IT project performance metrics on a periodic basis
Establish and maintain lifecycle methodology, standards and tools for the management of IT projects and programs
Conduct briefing/training for new methodology, standards and tools introduced
Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning
Initiates and implements new methodologies, process and procedures that will support Company Long and short term goals
Performs resource management and scheduling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or any equivalent
Experience within a PMO and ideally PMP certified
Professional team player who demonstrates strategic and analytical skills
Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box
High adaptability towards a changing and growing environment
Experience managing people with direct and indirect reporting lines
Excellent writing skills (in English), good verbal communications skills and good presentation skills
