Mine Planner
(Lahat - Sumatera Selatan)
Responsibilities:
Manage short / medium term mine planning functions to comply with the board context statement and to maximize net present value of the resources / reserve
Review and analyze systems, projects, equipment selections and operations and monitor performance against budgets and plans.
Monitor the operational divisions and their compliance with the mine plan, track actual against plan and suggest techniques for achieving compliance.
Keep up to date with work issues, monitor the effectiveness of the dept and employee / tools used
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or education Mine Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience
Proven skills in mine planning; in particular involving open cut coal mining operation
Understanding Financial Skills to handle capital appropriation, costing.
Writen and oral communication, analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills.
