Distric Sales Manager 
(Medan - Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
_ Lead development plan and implementation of sales & marketing strategies, product life cycle management to meet business goals
- Manage operational cost, revenue and monitor sales transactions
- Develop and prepare subordinates capabilities for present and future assignments
-Manage relationship with business colleagues internally and externally

General Requirements:
Bachelor degree in in Agronomy
- 2 years work experience in similar position / 3 years in supervisor level
- Strong leadership and a strategic thinker that align with company business goals
- Able to develop system & process plan
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and analysis skills
- Expert in product and technical skills, have a strong financial knowledge
- Strong drive for results and have a good judgment for execution
- Strong statistical analysis and understand research procedures
- Strong conflict management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships with employees, key farmers, dealers and government
- Focus on customer needs & Able to work efficiently
- Strong communications in English (oral and written)
