Estate Manager (EM 0911)
(Bangka Belitung)

Job Responsibilities:
    * Responsible for managing the estates according to good agricultural practice, starting from land clearing, nursery, operational activities as well as administration.

Requirement:
    * Min Diploma/Degree in Plantation Management/Agriculture.
    * Max 35 years old.
    * Minimum 5 years experience in palm oil plantation.
    * Mastering the culture of palm oil from the land clearing, nursery, administration until the harvesting.
    * Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player as well as individual.
    * Strong analytical, strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skill.
    * Willing to be placed at Bangka Belitung.
    * Possess experience in developing a plantation from the beginning is preferable.
