Requirements:
    * Male / Female with a maximum age of 35 years old
    * Minimum of 3 years experience in shipping or freight forwarding
    * Able to speak and write English
    * University Degree
    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    * Energetic personality with strategic and analytical skills
    * Target oriented, self-motivated and honest
    * Well disciplined and able to work with minimum supervision

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:

    * Ability to handle customer bookings
    * Ability to handle complaints
    * Knowledge of shipping documentation
