We are currently seeking potential candidates to fill in the following position :
FA Manager -degree
(Jakarta - Surabaya)
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements & analysis according to accounting principles and company’s process & procedures.
* Manage the company’s cash flows by checking daily cash balance, preparing weekly payment schedule and all cash flows related reports, such as monthly cash flows projections.
* To prepare/review the company’s invoices/ tax invoices before they are sent to the clients.
* Responsible for ensuring all aspects of revenue recognition are addressed at the time of monthly revenue reporting (including compliance to SAB 101 requirements and ensuring that revenue cut-offs are properly performed)
* To follow up with clients on payment of our invoices.
* To ensure that Inter-Company transactions are recorded properly & all related documents are issued/ received for tax purposes.
* To prepare all necessary reports and schedule for statutory/ tax reporting.
* Responsible for maintaining and processing payroll by preparing monthly payroll data/ entries, getting the proper approval, & sending the data to the bank for payroll payments.
* To review Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable schedule on a monthly basis and do the necessary actions/ follow up to improve balance scorecard.
* To monitor physical counts (petty cash, FA, etc) that enable better control over company’s assets
* To aid the management in preparation of reports on various projects like recapitalization process.
Qualifications:
* Min. Bachelors in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
* Min. 5 years experience with similar position in multinational/global company & handle multi-currency.
* Experience in manage financial operation (AR Collection, AP Payment, Bangking/ Treasury).
* Experience working Cash Management and make cashflow projection, report actual and the variance.
* Experience on negotiate with bankers, tax government & external party.
* Make/set up, review and improvement Financial Procedure/SOP
* Experience to Manage Intercompany cash transaction\Experience to make Biz Plan Calculation, Forecasting & Bugdeting.
* Analyze Financial position and review the new investment
* Experience on review agreement with vendor, customer and external party.
* Able to exercise full responsibility over financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Liquidity), and sound management control over receivables, CAPEX evolution, all expenses’ lines, and the way accounting provisions are made.
* Ability to manage all reporting financial results as per Company’s financial procedures and deadlines including tax management, audit & report.
* Understand well tax regulation.
* Fluent in English, oral as also written.
* Proficient in Excel is required & manage ERP system, experience in MYOB & Hyperion is a plus.
* Will be placed in Jakarta/ Surabaya
