CS Research Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Customer Satisfaction (CS) research and survey.
Study & analyze the information from the survey result, and summarize the key findings, propose the recommendation and action plan for improvement.
Engage cooperation from other related departments and dealers for the implementation of action plans.
Handle projects which related with CS improvement, monitor the progress and report to the CS committee on regular basis
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university.
Has experience minimum 2 years in similar field (Market Research/Analyst, CRM, etc.).
Male/Female, 28-35 years old.
Fluent in Indonesian & English.
Has good analytical skill & perspective, communication skill, fast learner.
Ability to work independently as well as team member
