PT Selektani was established in Medan, North Sumatra to address the demand of agriculture market. The main business of PT Selektani are :

    * To produce horticulture seeds for foreign customers.
    * To provide vegetables seeds and fertilizers for domestic market.
    * To export the local production of vegetable crops.

In 1992, we expanded our business from Sumatra to East Java.

We need qualified candidates for the position :

Business Development Manager / General Manager Assistant
(Sumatera)

Qualifications:
    * S2 all majors from reputable university (graduate from overseas more preferable)
    * Male/Female, age max 35 years old
    * Min.3 years experience in related fields
    * Have the knowledge and experience of Local & Overseas Market Industry
    * Having good analytical and able to use statistics method properly
    * Having good communication in English, both oral & written
    * Mandarin is not a must but highly appreciated
    * High working motivation and loyal
    * Integrity is imperative
    * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
    * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    * Professional, responsible, initiative, creative, honest and dynamic
